Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, procurement, and claims with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
- Attend meetings with main-contractors.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate claims.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project costs and contract budgets.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Review and process payment applications.
- Responsible for the whole tender process.
- Analyze project and contract scopes including architectural and shop drawings.
