- Training Schedule (1 month):
- 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM PHT, Saturday-Monday.
- Lunch is 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM PHT.
- Post Training:
- (Friday) 10:15 AM - 9:15 PM PHT. Lunch is either 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM or 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
- (Saturday - Sunday) - 9:15 AM - 9:15 PM PHT
- Lunch: Work through paid lunch
Salary: P35,000 - P43,000
Level 2 Dispatcher Core Responsibilities
- Real-Time Fleet Oversight: Monitor driver locations via GPS/telematics to ensure they are on schedule for pickups and deliveries.
- Dynamic Routing: Independently assign 'on-the-fly' rush orders to the most efficient driver based on proximity, vehicle type, and current traffic conditions.
- Driver Support: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding vehicle issues, delivery delays, or navigation assistance.
