Control and Analysis Officer

OVERVIEW:

• To prepare and consolidate the regular operating statistics updates and compare results with the set and approved targets, analyze variances, and suggest plans to catch up the negative variances to achieve the full year targets
• To monitor conversion of Reservation Sales from Reservation to Contracting to Booking per project, per sales channel, and per individual; and
• To validate Sales disbursements (i.e., commission, quota bonuses, and travel request expenses) given the current sales performance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of supervisory experience in any relevant field
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economic or its equivalent.

Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with exceptional knowledge of Word and Advanced Excel
