Control & Instrumentation Engineer

Overview

As a C&I Engineer in the AtkinsRéalis Nuclear business, you'll contribute to projects across Nuclear New Build, Decommissioning, Reactor Operations and Fusion, gaining rapid responsibility and delivering real impact alongside a diverse, supportive C&I team.

Your role

• Work on a variety of projects across the full project lifecycle; from concept and tendering through to design development, supply, installation, commissioning and decommissioning.
• Develop and review technical documentation such as specifications, basis of design, control philosophies, instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, etc.
• Support the design of control system architectures, including I/O allocation, communication networks and control room/HMI layouts.
• Participate in safety activities including HAZOP, SIL assessments,...
