Control room operator

We're hiring 22 Control Room Operators to manage real-time process control at a high-output diamond recovery plant in Angola. Youll oversee operations via SCADA and CCTV systems, ensuring optimal throughput and recovery on every shift. Accommodation, meals, laundry & medical included Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control DMS and recovery circuits via SCADA & CCTV Detect faults and respond to early warnings in real-time Maintain correct plant equipment levels and settings Ensure metallurgical quality standards and recovery efficiency Accurately complete production reports and shift handovers Support metallurgical test work and collaborate with plant teams Requirements: 5+ years experience in SCADA/process control in a diamond mining environment Proven knowledge of DMS and recovery circuits Basic computer and MS Office skills Experience operating in compliance-heavy, safety-critical environments (Bonus: CCTV monitoring experience)
