Opportunity Description
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory possession of valid, unexpired offshore survival credentials, specifically OPITO BOSIET, alongside strict H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) awareness certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on field experience operating complex Distributed Control Systems (DCS) directly within a live offshore oil and gas environment.
- Strict requirement for an active OGUK offshore medical fitness certificate; candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in reading live telemetry and P&ID documentation.
- Continuously monitor and physically regulate offshore production equipment via the main DCS interface, adjusting wellhead chokes to safely maximize daily crude oil output.
- Acknowledge and troubleshoot critical system alarms across high‑risk deck zones, immediately initiating emergency platform shutdown sequences during confirmed gas leaks.
