Control Systems Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role — not just sat behind a screen. You'll be involved across the full lifecycle of our machines:

• Software design and programming
• Electrical build and panel assembly
• R&D and development work
• On‑site installation and commissioning (UK & worldwide)

No two days are the same. You'll be working on bespoke machinery, solving real‑world problems, and seeing your work come to life on customer sites. For someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and practical engineering, this is a genuinely interesting and rewarding role. This role offers genuine progression as our systems and product range continue to develop — with increasing involvement in design, innovation, and customer‑facing engineering.
