Controller – Manufacturing & Plant Finance

Our client is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations across its rapidly growing manufacturing platform spanning recycling, extrusion, thermoforming, and packaging production. Salary Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead accounting and financial reporting activities across manufacturing operations

- Own plant financial performance, cost accounting, and inventory valuation

- Manage standard costing, margin analysis, and manufacturing variance analysis

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Partner directly with manufacturing and plant leadership on efficiency improvements

- Support capital investment evaluations and facility expansion initiatives

- Maintain internal controls and ensure audit readiness

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

- CPA preferred

- 3+ years of manufacturing finance experience
