Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Controller to support key accounting and finance activities for a Contract position based in Middletown, Connecticut. This role will oversee core close processes, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver meaningful reporting and analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting experience, excellent Excel skills, and a hands-on approach to managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly closing cycle by coordinating timelines, preparing entries, and ensuring all financial activity is recorded accurately.
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate support, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
