Position Summary
Revival Gourmet Foods, a premium small-batch sauce manufacturer in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, is seeking a strategic Controller. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all financial management and operational controls for our production facility, partnering closely with site leadership to drive profitability and efficiency through cost management, variance analysis, and forecasting to support long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with site leadership to provide financial analysis, modeling (ROI, make/buy, CapEx), and strategic recommendations that drive profitability and operational decisions.
- Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: Own the monthly/quarterly financial review process. Analyze and present performance results, sales/cost drivers, and manufacturing variances (absorption, labor, expenses) to both finance and non‑finance leaders.
