Description We are looking for a Controller to lead the financial operations of our construction organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, strengthening financial controls, and providing leadership with meaningful analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to accounting oversight while working closely with project and department leaders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Direct daily accounting and finance activities to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting across the organization.
