Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial oversight for a group of operating companies in Santa Maria, California. This position plays a central role in maintaining reliable financial reporting, strengthening accounting operations, and supporting sound business decisions through budgeting and analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to connect financial strategy with broader organizational objectives.
