Description We are looking for a Controller to support financial operations for an affordable housing environment in White River Junction, Vermont. This is a Contract position suited for an individual who can combine strong accounting expertise with accurate document management and compliance support. The role will focus on maintaining organized financial records, reconciling accounts, and helping ensure grant- and HUD-related documentation meets reporting standards.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records in alignment with GAAP principles.
