+ The main function of a Controls Engineer 3 is to design, develop, and maintain automated control systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of machinery and processes within an organization.
+ A typical Controls Engineer is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing control systems to meet production and safety requirements.
+ Design and implement control systems for industrial equipment and automated processes.
+ Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs to support manufacturing operations.
+ Configure and integrate sensors, actuators, and other control devices into systems.
+ Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure proper functionality.
+ Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to integrate control solutions.
