Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer with expertise in PLC commissioning and troubleshooting for various types of material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently contribute to a team of controls engineers and cross-discipline contributors, ensuring the successful completion of project milestones on time and within budget. A multi-disciplined understanding of the material handling industry is essential for solving complex and abstract problems.
Responsibilities
+ Apply customer requirements and specifications to independently write, debug, and test PLC code.
+ Utilize engineering drawings and established AOI libraries and PLC coding standards to write, debug, and test PLC code.
+ Document progress of assigned tasks and write detailed design documents.
+ Write test plans at various levels (Integrated System, Area, Zone, Section).
