We are currently recruiting for a Conversion Operator to join a manufacturing business, supporting production operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

As a Conversion Operator , you will be responsible for operating conversion machinery to produce finished slit reels safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications.

• Set up and operate conversion/slitting machinery in line with job specifications
• Select appropriate films, materials, and operating supplies for each task
