Conversion Senior Coordinator

The Conversion Senior Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process for new business cases at John Hancock. This includes overseeing the processing of applications and recordkeeping agreements through to the assignment of contract numbers. The position also involves setting up all aspects of client information, investments, service features, and other onboarding requirements to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

+ Process and index cases of varying complexity, capturing information accurately in the system according to established methods and procedures while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
