Conveyancing Assistant

A highly reputable and well-established law firm is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its growing Residential Conveyancing team.

Working remotely, you will provide comprehensive support to experienced fee earners, assisting with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of residential property transactions while delivering a high standard of client care.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and leasehold matters
• Opening new files and carrying out client onboarding, including ID verification and AML checks
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
