This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Conveyancing Executive to join one of the firms fastest-growing departments, working alongside an experienced and collaborative team on a broad range of high-quality real estate finance matters. The team advises both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of property transactions, including acquisitions, development finance, refinancing, and secured lending matters. Clients include mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging lenders, peer-to-peer lenders, developers, and private borrowers.
