Conveyancing Executive (JB Office)

HHQ is seeking a dedicated and proactive Conveyancing Executive to join our Johor Bahru office. This position is ideal for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in a professional services environment. Prior experience in a law firm is not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior legal firm experience is required
• Proficient in using computer systems and handling bank portals.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English language.
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to do work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity is a must.

• Assist in the handling and administration of conveyancing and property-related matters
