CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

As a result of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding conveyancing team in our Whiteladies Road office.

In this role, the successful candidate will be assisting senior residential property solicitors in a broad range of conveyancing instructions, providing support and an efficient administrative service. The role will involve a degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior solicitors with residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity.
• Preparing correspondence and documents.
• Working directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to enhance transaction service.
• Dealing with file set up and administration.
• Assisting with post‑exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and seeing them through to completion.
