The Role

The successful candidate will be supporting an experienced fee earner as part of a busy diverse and proactive team.

Main duties (with supervision) include :

• Opening files and AML compliance
• Dealing with post completion and exchange tasks
• Preparing and reviewing reports on titles mortgages and searches.
• Communicating with clients agents and lenders
• General administration
