Mashreqbank PSC is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic direction over the operational and financial functions of their asset management firm in the United Arab Emirates. The COO will be responsible for building a scalable and resilient operating platform while managing various operational aspects including mutual funds and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should possess over 12 years of experience in asset management with strong leadership and operational expertise as well as a proven track record in transformation initiatives.
