Job Overview
- Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for staff and guests as required.
- Ensure food is cooked in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accommodate dietary requirements, restrictions, or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, medical diets).
- Plan menus in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preservation practices.
- Regularly clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and working surfaces.
- Monitor stock levels of food items and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure proper storage to minimize wastage and spoilage.
- Maintain records of food consumption and stock usage.
- Ensure the kitchen environment is organized and safe.
