Ensure food is prepared hygienically and served on time, adhering to hospital standards.

Assist in planning menus based on nutritional standards, patient needs, and doctor’s dietary orders.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of ingredients and supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area according to food safety regulations.

Work closely with dietitians, food service assistants, and kitchen staff.

Ensure portion control and minimize food wastage.

Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications
