Yunta Truckstop is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing quality meals for truck drivers, travellers and local customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook and present a variety of meals in accordance with established recipes and customer requirements.
2. Inspect food ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness, quality and compliance with food safety standards.
3. Operate and monitor commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers and other cooking appliances.
4. Season, prepare and cook meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables and other menu items.
