Overview

As part of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) organization, this role will assist in the execution of Constellation Brands’ integral HRIS strategy. The primary responsibility is performing accurate, timely administrative and technical support for the HRIS Department.

This role ensures accurate and confidential management of employee data, assists with HRIS reporting and troubleshooting, and provides general system support. It also offers light project management assistance for HRIS‑related initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials and status reports, tracking project tasks and deadlines, and maintaining organized project documentation.
