Conduct targeted and personalized physical assessments for participants during recruitment and periodic reviews (training will be provided). Develop and implement tailored exercise programs, incorporating OTAGO and Motor-Cognitive Dual-Task training. Train and supervise volunteers and staff at Senior Activity Centres in executing exercise programs and completing periodic assessments. Deliver informative talks on topics such as falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging. Maintain comprehensive documentation of records for referral to community partners.
