Opportunity Description
Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Coordinator III for their Woonsocket, RI/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ The Coordinator III will assist with management of the General Carpentry trade for Client Retail Stores.
+ They will assist with daily duties such as reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting and violation tracking and vendor proposal review/approval.
+ Vendor Coordination
+ Service Level Adjustments
+ Compliance Monitoring
+ Administrative Tracking
+ Aging WOs
+ Mail Sorting/Tracking
+ Violation Tracking
+ Administrative Position (training will be provided)
+ Entire Team is based in Office
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Minimum 2+ years of relevant work or trade school experience
+ 2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
