Coordinator Legal & Collections
Coordinate all aspects of the legal and collections processes for insurance, deceased, and other portfolios. Maintain accurate records, ensure timely collections, manage repositories and litigation, and provide administrative support to reduce credit losses and improve performance reporting.
Key Tasks Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders – customers, external service providers, attorneys, liquidators, and internal teams. Administer, coordinate, manage and report on the deceased portfolio, ensuring current status or repossession of assets and managing claims to minimise delinquency and credit losses. Administer, coordinate, manage and report on the insurance portfolio, managing the claims process, seeking settlement payments or pursuing litigation when necessary to reduce delinquency and credit losses.
