ONFLIT helps senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives build authentic thought leadership on LinkedIn and across social media. We‘re looking for a full-time copywriter to join our team and grow with us as we scale.
You‘ll start by writing for 3–5 clients under direct mentorship from the founders, with the goal of scaling to a full roster of 10 clients as you settle into our editorial system and client voices.
What You‘ll Do
- Write medium to long-form LinkedIn posts and articles based on client inputs — voice notes, calls, raw ideas.
- Reshape a client‘s thinking into a narrative that sounds like them, not like you.
- Build a clear point of view in every piece, backed by real research.
- Go through structured editorial feedback rounds and apply the reasoning to your next draft.
