The Southern Community Health Services is based across the Manukau and Franklin geographical area and is dedicated to improving and maintaining the health of Adults & Older persons. We provide a range of services, including Inpatient, Outpatient & Community Rehabilitation, Interim Rehabilitation, Long Term and Palliative Care.
