Overview
Position Type: Permanent. The Corporate Account Manager will report to the Vice President, Business Development and will manage relationships with national corporate groups, account executives, and consultants. This role requires close collaboration with Medavie Blue Cross operational teams and business units to deliver customized service to large corporate clients. The successful candidate will present and promote new products and services and contribute to client engagement and satisfaction. A key focus is supporting client retention during renewal periods by ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness across the organization.
