Opportunity Description
The primary function of this role is to maintain accurate accounting records for assigned corporate books. The Corporate Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company’s financial records. This role oversees general ledger and financial reporting activities, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end closing procedures, and financial reporting and analysis.
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the manning company, including petty cash management, Cash to Master (CTM) arrangements, preparation of monthly accruals, reversals, and other month-end adjustment entries.
- Prepare journal entries related to monthly closing activities, such as accruals, amortizations, and intercompany adjustments. Maintain schedules and perform reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting...
