Corporate Actions Specialist - 6-Month Full-Time Assignment

Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading international private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist available immediately for a temporary 6-month full-time assignment to cover for an employee on sick leave.

Within a specialised team of six people integrated into a larger department of seventeen employees, you will play a key role in processing and monitoring securities operations related to custody assets (shares, bonds, structured products, etc.). You will work in a demanding and dynamic environment requiring rigour, autonomy, and the ability to manage high volumes of activity.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse and process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events received via SWIFT, Telekurs, or any other medium
• Ensure operational follow-up of securities operations for all asset classes (shares, bonds, structured products, etc.)
