We are seeking a professional to provide a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, changes in company officers, and share transfers.
Key responsibilities for WLP Accounting will include:
- Managing ACRA (Annual Return, Return of Allotment, Appointment of Officers, etc) & IRAS (GST Registration, GST de-registration etc) submissions
- Drafting resolutions for Directors/Shareholders, as well as minutes for Extraordinary/Annual General Meetings, statutory forms, and other related corporate secretarial documents
- Ensuring that statutory records and secretarial files are accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Onboarding new clients and conducting ongoing monitoring, including performing client due diligence checks / KYC / AML etc.
- To handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
- Assisting with various corporate and ad-hoc tasks as required
