Corporate/Commercial Lawyer (Italian speaking)

This is an interim Legal Counsel opportunity for a senior Italian-speaking Corporate/Commercial lawyer, for a 9 month period beginning as soon as possible.

• The role is available either part-time or full-time, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• The successful applicant is ideally located in London, although there is flexibility on location (including remote working) for the right candidate.
• The ability to draft in both Italian and English is essential and the applicant will ideally be Italian-qualified.
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required for this role.
• The work will focus on general corporate matters, commercial contracts, commercial law and other matters expected of a General Counsel's office.
• Fluent French would be advantageous but is not essential.
