You will manage your own caseload and advise a diverse client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses, across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

You will manage your own caseload and advise a diverse client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses, across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising SMEs and corporate clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Preparing shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.
- Advising on confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and other commercial contracts.
- Assisting with business sales and acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructures.
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
- Handling debt recovery claims and commercial disputes where required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing commercially focused legal advice.
