Corporate Counsel, Construction & Infrastructure

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel, Construction & Infrastructure, to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to design, construction, infrastructure, and related procurement. The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support across the full lifecycle of data center development, including engineering, procurement, construction, and energy-related transactions and work closely with the entire global CyrusOne legal team.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to design, construction, and infrastructure development, including:

+ Construction agreements
+ Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements
+ Design and consultant agreements
+ Owner’s representative, development, and other construction-related agreements

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to power and energy procurement, including:
