Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Capital Markets

Reporting to the Vice President, Legal, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, the Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Capital Markets will support domestic and international corporate transactions, financings, tax, regulatory, and governance matters. The Corporate Counsel will also support global compliance and related matters, working closely with the Vice President, Legal – Labor & Compliance.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Strategic advisor to the business, serving as a subject matter expert on general corporate matters, identifying risks and issues and recommending practical and pragmatic options and solutions
+ Support the review, preparation and negotiation of documents in connection with domestic and international corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, and joint ventures.
