ISS STOXX is growing! We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team in Gurgaon.

Overview:

As a member of the ISS STOXX Legal Team, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal services and advice to ISS STOXX and its subsidiaries (in particular the group’s benchmark provider STOXX Ltd.), with a focus on providing legal support to the global sales team in connection with the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements including professional services and licensing agreements. 

This position is based in Gurgaon, India, where our subsidiary STOXX India Pvt. Ltd. is located. STOXX India Pvt. Ltd. primarily contributes to STOXX Ltd.’s engineering, operations, and product development capabilities.
