We are looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team in New York, California, or remotely. This pivotal role requires an experienced attorney who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, provide strategic legal advice, and ensure compliance as we expand our operations across multiple states. As the first member of the legal team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and grow the legal function within a fast-paced, innovative company.
You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify and address legal issues proactively. This includes flagging compliance risks before they become problems, owning our licensing strategy, and coordinating with DMV regulators and other agencies.
