Corporate Counsel - Securities Attorney

As a member of the Legal team, reporting to the Vice President of Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will serve as a primary attorney for UL Solutions’ corporate and business leadership. A Counsel acts as a trusted legal advisor and provides legal counseling and advice on matters of significant legal impact to UL Solutions, including in respect of securities, public company corporate governance and executive compensation.

+ Advise business partners, corporate functions and senior leadership on securities law matters, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and executive compensation.

+ Review and draft SEC filings and investor materials and collaborate with Investor Relations, Accounting, Finance and Communications regarding the same.
