Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Accenture’s inorganic growth strategies by performing high‑quality diligence and analysis for acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments.
• Work closely with North America, Europe & LATAM FDD teams to support financial due diligence and provide analysis for target company earnings, operating metrics, debt‑like items, and net working capital.
• Review, analyze, and prepare key financial documents from the virtual data room (data book, data pack).
• Perform operating and financial analysis, attend target meetings, and assist in negotiation calls with NA and Europe teams where time zones permit; prepare initial NWC.
