Corporate ESG & Sustainability Senior Executive

1. Purpose of the Role This role is critical tosupporting the Company in advancing its corporate governance and sustainabilityagenda. The person in this positionwill be responsible for driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG)strategy, ensuring rigorous regulatory compliance, embedding enterprise riskmanagement (ERM), and producing high-quality sustainability disclosures inaccordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internationallyrecognised frameworks.
