Opportunity Description
Brief Summary
The role requires coordination with compliance agencies, maintenance of regulatory records, management of board meetings, and upkeep of compliance tools. Additionally, it covers CSR project eligibility, documentation, committee meetings, and legal disclosure requirements. The scope also includes supporting finance compliance activities, ensuring comprehensive adherence to all applicable regulations.
Secretarial Compliance:
- Coordination with local and global compliance agencies for regulatory compliances and record keeping of all ongoing/pending regulatory compliances
- Collection/Maintenance of data required for applicable compliances from various internal and external stakeholders
- Management of Board, Committee Meetings, AGM – Preparation of Directors’ Report, agenda and minutes
- Maintenance of Compliance Tool -Teamlease
