Portico is looking for an exceptional Guest Services Manager to lead the delivery of world class Boardroom and Front of House services provided by our team at the Bristol, Reading and London offices of a revered law firm.
Acting as the heartbeat of the operations, you’ll create a welcoming and community focused environment while ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery of all Portico services including Reception, Boardrooms and Switchboard.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, becoming the trusted “go to” person on site.
- Create a warm, engaging workplace experience that enhances daily life for the firm’s colleagues.
- Manage, motivate and develop a diverse team, ensuring high performance and exceptional service.
