Acts as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and drives talent, performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

• Strategic HR partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy aligned with business objectives.

•Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential talent identification.

• Drive performance management processes, calibration discussions, and a high-performance culture.

• Lead organization development, leadership capability building, change management, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
