Corporate Insurance Associate

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior-level associate to join its Corporate Insurance practice in London.

The role involves advising on a broad range of corporate transactions in the insurance sector, including public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, cross-border deals, and portfolio acquisitions. The team also provides strategic advice on governance, regulatory compliance, and capital markets transactions for leading insurers, Lloyd’s of London market participants, and InsurTech companies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier firm, with a strong academic background and excellent drafting and communication skills. Experience in corporate insurance transactions and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape are essential.
