Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up new joiners (accounts and devices).
- Resolve tickets through tools like Jira.
- Engage in endpoint management, system updates, IT asset tracking, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
